Our staff is the core of our service!
The security staff of Eagle Executive Protection Group International Ltd., is determined by selection and profilie of the security team and is selected according to the following strict criteria:
• Clean record
• Minimum working and thinking level at Dutch MBO+ level (= intemediate vocational education)
• Capacity to think analytically
• Motivation and presentation
• Flexibility and customer-oriented attitude
• Good physical and mental condition
• Ability to act in a repressive way
The team is also trained in conflict management and dealing with all kinds of situations (training on the job). The security officers work according to instructions that are cleared by the Dutch Ministry of Justice and the directions (job instructions) that were set up in consultation with you and handle irregularities independently.
